She partners across the business to develop and implement progressive talent strategies that attract, grow, and retain top talent. With over 20 years of experience, she has expertise in leadership, organizational development, change transformation, and more.
Prior to joining The Weather Company, Michelle was global chief human resources officer at digital supply chain network Elemica, where she also served as chief environmental, social, and governance officer. She’s also served in HR and talent leadership roles at PrimeRevenue, RentPath, Southern Company, and Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.
An advocate of developing women in leadership, she is a recent member of CHIEF, a private network to strengthen the leadership and influence of women executives. She is a board member of YMCA of Metro Atlanta’s Camp High Harbour and Young Men’s Service League, and is part of the governing body of the Chief HR Officer Forum-Atlanta. She also enjoys volunteering with Chattahooochee Riverkeeper, Atlanta Community ToolBank, Meals on Wheels Atlanta, and more.

She holds an MBA in management from Georgia State University, a master’s degree in education from the University of Virginia, and a dual bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Loyola University, New Orleans. Michelle holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Ireland and is a passionate world traveler.
