In this role, he is responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and expanding the company’s worldwide partnership portfolio, spanning across Big Tech, social media, OEMs, content, and other consumer-facing businesses.
Prior to The Weather Company, Frank spent more than a decade at IBM, most recently as chief of staff to the senior vice president, IBM Ecosystem. He has held multiple other leadership roles across GTM strategy and performance marketing, cultivating a vast network across the ecosystem, accelerating growth initiatives for the business and its partners.
Frank thrives on competition. He understands the discipline, dedication and drive needed to win, stemming from his experience as a four-year D1 student-athlete playing football at the University of Connecticut. Frank remains active and competitive outside of work, from playing basketball and pickleball to competing in marathons. He is also a long-time volunteer with Special Olympics, Front Steps Inc, and Fuel Up to Play 60.
