While at The Weather Company, she has worked on launching strategic initiatives such as new B2B advertising solutions and products, as well as new consumer offerings that encourage deeper brand engagement from the leading weather provider’s 360+ million users.
Previously, Rachel worked as the director of customer success for an award-winning NLP (natural language processing) start-up that helped a diverse customer base understand and find business value in unstructured data. She also served as an engagement and analytics manager for Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services group, leading a broad portfolio across industries including the bankruptcy and merger of one of the world’s largest airlines. Throughout her career, Rachel has always been tasked with translating business needs, key metrics, and data into strategies that teams and leaders can use to drive growth.
A Florida native, she received her bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Miami and a master’s degree in global finance, trade, and economic integration and a graduate certificate in accounting from the University of Denver. She has a passion for languages, global communities, and travel (over 30 countries visited and counting), and Miami Hurricanes football.
